Full of autumn

This is a nice photo of an area that I know to beautiful myself.

First thing that strikes me is the angle of the shot. With the straight-on approach you don't any complete trees in the shot. Using an upward angle following the slope of the hill or from the base of one of the trees, I think, would improve the overall composition.

Second, the exposure looks to go from one extreme in the shadows of the leaves on the ground to the other with the sunlight in the upper right hand of the shot. A change in the camera angle to negate the over-exposure of the sunlight would bring out more detail in the shadows.

This particular composition would also look good as an HDR exposure. There is a lot to work with exposure-wise that HDR would greatly capitalize upon.

I am by no means a "professional", but these points are what stand out to me. Nice work.
