Such a wonderful composition. I would do a few things differently: less foreground, you have some junk there and you do have room to get more of that dome in on top; gentler post process, the colors and contrast are kind of harsh; ditto on the selective color replacement, there is no reason the snow on top of the walls should be that blue
This is interesting comment.. when I look at this photo again I agree and disagree with you with some things.. Well about that blue snow.. I agree.. maybe it shouldn't be that blue. For the foreground I wanted to show that this church is ruined so maybe because of that I have more foreground.. but I will try your way, just I will need to wait till next winter or I can do this shot without snow. And for the post process.. I think that it will be nice on your way, but also I think that it is good on this way.. I like more details and contrasts.. but I can try also your way to see what will happened
Thank you for this comment.. there are really rare this type of comments Here you a beer Have a nice day
Those of us that try to do better with each image tend to follow our own instincts. I myself often disagree with the few meaningful comments I get on images. But, like you, I love getting them, because it shows me how others view my effort. I don't have to like it, or agree with the comment, but getting it is so useful. If it was not for the rare thoughtful effort of constructive criticism, I would shut off comments all together. "Great shot", "love it", and "nice colors" are less than worthless . I look forward to your future work.
