looks nice, I like color of leaeves both on trees and earth, roots on right looks a bit disgusting but it's ok :)
but main thing I don't like here is light, it is too white for me (especially in left top corner, looks like damaged). But it's just my pref. ;)

It's damaged because I edit all in Color Efex Pro. I wanted to see what will came from that edit without photoshop ;)
