Photographing sunsets is one thing, but photographing sunsets that are original and interesting, is something different.
I really love how the whole sky, made with perfect use of the rule of thirds, is staying in the warm tone colors orange and yellow. As you wander down the picture, you will see mostly blue, purple, even green. This contrasts of colors makes the picture exciting.
You look at the sun on the right, but also on the bright hill on the down left, the picture makes your eyes wander along the river and along the clouds.
The sun is placed on the very right side, but suprisingly, the picture doesn't look unbalanced or too buisy, it has just the perfect amount of contrast and movement in it to keep the eye of the viewer, bravo from me .
when one writes a critique on an image, there is absolutely no need to describe what one sees on the photo, as did lluvia-estival here; anyone can do this, and it does not bring anything constructive to the artist. the only interesting thing said in that critique is: "I think this picture is truly amazing."
i would critique by saying that the composition is superb, the tonalities are excellent, and everything technical is nature is very well done; difficult to do better.
